Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our operations in compliance with EASA/FAA 145 regulations. The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day production activities in accordance with EASA/FAA 145 regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Manage and mentor production staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing levels as needed to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to address any issues related to product quality or compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role within the aviation industry.
- Experience working in an EASA/FAA 145 certified organization is required.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Fluency in English, proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
