Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Quality & Safety System (FAR 145) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR) Part 145 and maintaining high standards of quality and safety across our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with FAR 145 requirements.
• Oversee all aspects of quality control and assurance processes to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures.
• Manage the documentation and record-keeping systems to track and report on quality and safety metrics.
• Lead investigations into quality and safety incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement training programs on quality and safety procedures.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, customers, and suppliers on matters related to quality and safety compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and safety management in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of FAR Part 145 regulations and international aviation standards (e.g., EASA, FAA).
• Experience with auditing processes and quality management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
