Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Manager Quality & Safety System (EASA 145) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality and safety management systems in accordance with EASA Part 145 regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Investigate and report on quality and safety incidents, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and external auditors during inspections and audits.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality and safety management processes and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze quality and safety performance data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role within the aviation industry, preferably in a Part 145 maintenance organization.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA Part 145 regulations and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve quality and safety issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certified Lead Auditor qualification preferred.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
