Job Title: Logistics Manager (EASA/FAA 145)

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager with EASA/FAA 145 certification to join our team. The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations to ensure the efficient flow of materials and goods through our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other external partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and minimize excess inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including EASA/FAA 145 requirements.
• Supervise and train logistics staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• EASA/FAA 145 certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in the aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
