Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Manager with EASA/FAA 145 certification to join our team. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities related to aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) operations. This includes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, managing engineering teams, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the engineering department, including staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with EASA/FAA 145 regulations and other relevant standards.
• Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul activities.
• Oversee the development and implementation of engineering projects and initiatives.
• Act as a technical authority and provide guidance on engineering issues.
• Review and approve engineering documentation, including repair schemes, modifications, and technical reports.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to aircraft maintenance and engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• EASA/FAA 145 certification is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software tools.
• Fluency in English, proficiency in French or Arabic is a plus.
